DHOUSE reports that customer interest in visiting projects has surged, boosting sales in Q1/64, supporting a backlog of 40 million Baht, with revenue expected to be recognized gradually in Q2/64. The company is set to launch the new housing project U PARK valued at 607.07 million Baht, anticipated to open for transfer within this year. Additionally, the new business, D Group Holdings, has successfully acquired D Energy and Retail, and is awaiting approval to become a distributor of petroleum products. The company plans to expand its business in the Mix Use area, focusing on generating recurring income and diversifying risks, with a growth target of 30-40% for the year 64.

Mr. Pongpoj Lertroongporn, CEO of DHOUSE Development Public Company Limited, a leader in real estate development in Maha Sarakham, specializing in residential and commercial properties for sale, including single houses, twin houses, townhomes, home offices, and commercial buildings, revealed that in Q1/64, customer interest in visiting projects was high, resulting in increased sales. The company has a backlog of approximately 40 million Baht, which is expected to be gradually recognized as revenue in Q2/64.

In Q2/64, the company plans to invest in the U PARK housing project on a 40-rai plot near Mahasarakham University, comprising a total of 249 units with a project value of 607.07 million Baht, expected to open for transfer within this year. The establishment of a subsidiary, D Group Holdings, with DHOUSE holding 99.99% of the shares, aims to develop rental real estate and retail businesses or invest in other businesses. The company has successfully acquired a 99.98% stake in D Energy and Retail and is currently in the process of applying to become a distributor of petroleum products at fuel stations.
The company is also preparing to expand its retail business within fuel stations in the Mix Use area to generate recurring income and diversify revenue sources, creating growth opportunities for the company in the long term, with a growth target of 30-40% for the year 64.
